Green is a native Houstonian and has been tutoring for over 20 years.
She attended middle school and high school at Duchesne Academy of the
Sacred Heart in Houston, TX. Christine has been teaching and tutoring since high school. She
fulfilled her community service hours in high school by student
teaching and tutoring at Our Lady of
Guadalupe School. Upon completion of high school with honors, she
received a full four year scholarship to the University of St. Thomas in
Houston, TX. During her years at UST, she volunteered as ESL (English
as second language) teacher and did student teaching at Annunciation
Greek Orthodox School. With honors, she graduated with a Bachelor in
Arts with a concentration in Spanish and Theology. Shortly, after
graduation she formally began her tutoring business. Her love of
learning enkindled in her a desire to pursue an M.A at UST. In 2007,
with high honors, she received her M.A. with a concentration in Women,
Culture, and Society.
has a passion for learning, loves teaching, and has proven track
record. She has seen students raise their scores two grade levels in
less than two months and many students sustain their grades at those
high levels. A combination of her personal skills and proven study
techniques provides an environment in which the student can achieve
organizational and academic success.
